Airbnb/Stayz/HomeAway – the short stay market has taken off and there are numerous platforms to advertise your accommodation offering. However, there is one thing that hasn’t changed, a beautifully furnished and photographed property will always be more popular, secures more online views and results in a higher overall occupancy.
