How does property styling with edit design work?

You take all of your furniture out of your property and we effectively ‘move in’ with new furnishings, artwork and accessories. Before this happens we design a styling package to suit the individual property using our quality furnishings to ensure your property reaches its optimum selling price.

How much does property styling cost?

Price is dependent on the property size and the amount of rooms to furnish. We focus on the Return On Investment. On average properties styled by editdesign fetch well above the asking price, often $15,000-$25,000 more. Prices can vary from $3000 to $4500 depending on the property.

How long is a hire campaign?

5-6 weeks is the standard. Post campaign week by week extension hire is subject to availability.

Do I have to vacate the property?

Yes please. Our furniture is new and the styling is very deliberate to highlight the best features of each room.  It means that when the realestate bring buyers through your property they don't have to give you days notice- they know it is ready for inspection and can show people through immediately which speeds up the sale of the property.

How long before I sell my property, should I talk to Edit Design?

As soon as possible. We need time to quote, plan and style your home. 3 to 4 weeks is great but we can make miracles happen on 1 weeks notice sometimes!
